By downloading, installing, or using the Sagehand mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Ladder of Life Pte. Ltd. ("Sagehand", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore with UEN 202550589K.
Sagehand is an AI-powered strategic thinking companion. It uses artificial intelligence to help users explore perspectives, reflect on their lives, and consider options across various life domains. The App includes features such as the Life Vision exercise, AI-generated analysis, and strategy session conversations.
Sagehand is a tool for reflection and strategic thinking. It is not a professional service of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sagehand. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may create a profile within the App including a name, email address, and photo. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your device and access to the App.
5.1 Free Trial
New users receive a free trial period as described in the App at the time of download.
5.2 Paid Tiers
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription or lifetime purchase. Current pricing is displayed within the App.
5.3 Billing
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process payments directly or store payment information.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of any content you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to process your content as necessary to provide the service.
We do not use your personal conversations or Life Vision responses to train AI models without your explicit consent.
The App, including its design, branding, features, and all content created by us, is owned by Ladder of Life Pte. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Sagehand name, logo, and the Life Vision feature name are proprietary to us.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ladder of Life Pte. Ltd., its operators, affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the App, including but not limited to financial loss, relationship harm, emotional distress, or any outcome resulting from decisions made based on content generated by the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ladder of Life Pte. Ltd. and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sagehand regarding your use of the App.
